Microsoft Copilot Chat is now available through your CGU Microsoft account.

Copilot Chat provides a secure, enterprise-protected AI chat experience using Microsoft’s latest AI capabilities. It can help you brainstorm ideas, summarize readings, draft emails, outline papers, and get quick explanations while working inside Microsoft 365.

Access Copilot Chat when signed in with your CGU account – confirm you see the green shield indicating enterprise protection:

• Web: https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat
• Microsoft Teams (Copilot app)
• Outlook – select the Copilot button to open a side-pane chat experience that can be aware of what you currently have open (email or calendar) and help you draft or summarize accordingly.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot app on CGU-managed Windows devices

When signed in, your prompts and responses are protected under CGU’s Microsoft 365 environment.

Use of AI tools, including Copilot Chat, is subject to CGU’s academic integrity policies and any course-specific guidance provided by your instructor. Always verify AI-generated content for accuracy and do not enter restricted or highly sensitive information.
