Student Senate offers a variety of ways to stay engaged, through general bi-weekly meetings, membership, special events, and several social media accounts!
The Student Senate has a range of social media platforms in order to stay connected with the CGU community and beyond. Through our social media campaigns and traditional communications, the Student Senate will conduct university-approved student polls, and surveys to drive policies that support our student community needs. Please note participation via social media is not required. The Student Senate will support all traditional means of communications (i.e. Student Senate Website and moderated emails).
Social Media and Communications Strategy
- Provide effective, immediate, consistent, informative, meaningful and inclusive means of communication with CGU communities and beyond.
- Increase student engagement by fostering virtual communities to complement in-person communities.
- Enhancing and continuing the digital presence and legacy of the Student Senate as a digitally transformed student organization.
