Understanding Sleep Science

This talk, led by Transdisciplinary Studies Department Director Andrew Vosko, was presented during a meeting of the Drucker Breakfast Club. Dr. Vosko, whose research in the field of neuroscience focused largely on circadian rhythms, spoke to an issue that is integral to the lives of most graduate students: sleep. “Understanding the Science of Sleep: Effects on the Body, Mind and Workplace,” offered key insights into this most elusive facet of the academic experience.
