Canvas is a course management system that supports online learning and teaching. It allows professors to post information and assignments online. It also allows students to interact through discussion forums, submit completed assignments, and take quizzes.

Microsoft SharePoint is a browser-based collaboration platform where users can create authenticated, intranet websites, document repositories, or other spaces for collaboration. Find your school’s site in the Sharepoint Schools Hub and you can see what is happening. Don’t forget to click to the ⭐ so you can easily come back to it later. There are also some restricted access sites under the Sharepoint Administration Hub

Students can use PeopleSoft to register for classes, pay their bill, view financial aid, check grades, see an unofficial transcript, and update their personal information.
Kronos is a timekeeping application. Log the hours that you work in Kronos, see any time off that you may have accrued (vacation, sick leave, etc.), and request to use your accrued time off.
Employees can use Workday to find their payslips, tax information, and benefits information (if applicable). Employees also use Workday to update their personal information.
