Connect with the best and brightest
Claremont Graduate University’s Career and Professional Development office offers employers the flexibility to tailor their recruiting process on and off campus. Talent recruitment preferences range from company information sessions to collaboratively developing and promoting job or internship opportunities.
Whether you are a large or small company, our goal is to get you connected with our graduate students and maximize your talent recruitment process in the most efficient manner possible.

Company Information Session (Virtual and on-campus)
Introduce your company, hiring practices, and any job or internship opportunities with our graduate students through virtual or on campus information sessions. These sessions tend to have a larger audience of 20 or more students and are a great way to cultivate relationships with our graduate students and faculty.
To schedule your information session, please email career.center@cgu.edu
Employer Coffee Chat (on-campus)
Like the Company Information Session, the Career Coffee Chat allows you to interact with our graduate students and share hiring practices, company culture, and internship or job opportunities your company may have. Career Coffee Chats offer a more intimate one-on-one or at times three-on-one conversation with our graduate students.
To schedule your Career Coffee Chat, please email career.center@cgu.edu
