Spring Career Refresh! Tackling this one does not need to be difficult. Funny, as I write this, I too struggle updating my resume and LinkedIn. I will do anything to help others edit their resume and LinkedIn before I tackle my own. Here are some workable steps when working on your resume and LinkedIn.

1. Focus on one position at a time.

2. Explore the best way to articulate your accomplishments.

3. Reach out for help. Career and Professional Development is here to guide you.

4. Once you have completed your resume, copy, and paste it into LinkedIn. Work smarter and not harder. Finish one before the other. Why create two different documents when they are truly one document on two different platforms.
