Email Your Photo
You may email your photo to: connection@claremont.edu. Once your ID is ready, you will be asked to pick it up at the Connection offices. If you are an online student, in the body of your email, state where you would like Connection to mail your CGU student ID card. Cards will only be mailed to U.S. addresses.
Photo Requirements
- The photo must be in color.
- You must be looking straight at the camera (no side profiles).
- You must be alone in the photo with no one else visible (headshot preferred).
- You must not wear a hat or sunglasses.
- The file cannot exceed 1 MB.

If you are visiting Connections to take your photo in person, please make sure to have your 6-digit CGU ID number that you received from your admissions packet. The ID will be ready in 10–15 minutes, depending on how busy they are at the time.
