Jeremy Manning (pronouns: he/him) is the Veteran GA at SLDL and is here to help create a more inclusive and accommodating environment for military connected students at Claremont Graduate University. He is a student in the Public Policy program.
He is originally from South Central Los Angeles being raised in the Leimert Park neighborhood. His academic interests include political theory, Justice and Moral theory. His research interests are community wellbeing and art as organization. He hopes to empower marginalized groups and leverage diverse knowledge bases to solve complex issues facing communities today. He served for six years in the United States Air Force obtaining the rank of Staff Sergeant before separating honorably. His personal interests include art and film, writing screenplays and short stories, playing his drums, and studying philosophy.
