We are proud to spotlight Namhee Lee for this month!

Namhee is a first year at CGU. She is currently enrolled in the MA in positive organizational psychology and evaluation. Namhee is also a graduate assistant at the Office of Student Engagement. She is passionate about improving society.

Namhee travelled here from Busan, South Korea. Prior to studying at CGU, Namhee studied in the Philippines and Croatia as part of a college exchange program. She also completed an internship with the Korean government in Washington, DC.

“I want to know how companies can improve employee well-being, job satisfaction, and engagement while increasing work productivity. Mainly, I’d like to learn how employees can cope with their stress at work and be resilient to stress. I believe these factors will impact not only employees and companies but also employees’ families and society”
