Please upload a copy of your vaccination card to Student Health Services (SHS) using the SHS medical portal. Students electing not to receive a vaccine for medical or religious reasons are asked to submit an exemption to SHS.
Masks are not required at this time, though we encourage you to wear a mask if you are concerned about contracting COVID. While all masks provide some level of protection, well-fitting respirators (such as N95, KN95, and KF94) provide the best protection.
