Return to Campus Guidelines

All CGU students must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to coming to campus. Fully vaccinated is defined by the CDC and county public health guidelines as having received a single Johnson & Johnson or double Moderna / Pfizer dose. This status does not currently include boosters. However, public health officials remind us that vaccinations and boosters remain critical tools for staying safe. All CGU students are required to inform CGU of their status for fall 2022 by submitting proof of vaccination, a request for medical or religious exemptions, or an affidavit due to remote work. Please complete one of the following tasks to remain in compliance with CGUā€™s policy/requirement.

Student Health Services Medical Record Upload Portal

Student Health Services Exemption form

Affidavit due to Remote Work/Study

This fall, there will be no mandatory daily health check or testing program for students with approved exemptions. If you previously received an approved exemption and your status remains the same, you do not need to act. If you previously received an approved exemption and your vaccination status has changed, please submit your updated records to Student Health Services.

Cross-registered students must adhere to 5C vaccination policies, including the vaccine booster, and should upload their updated records with Student Health Services. Please review the institution policies: https://www.pitzer.edu/, https://www.cmc.edu/, https://www.hmc.edu/, https://www.scrippscollege.edu/future-students/, https://www.pomona.edu/
