When reserving campus spaces through EMS you may request specific set-up details from Facilities, and media services and equipment from OIT. This can be done under the “Event Details” section of your event request form. Your equipment will be confirmed/denied with the approval of your event, and you will be notified via e-mail. Last minute requests are very difficult to accommodate.
