Welcome to the Claremont Graduate University family! Before your first day here at CGU, please make sure you have reviewed and completed the following steps in the hiring process.
- Sign Job Offer Letter.
- You will receive two emails:
- One with a link to access Workday Payroll & the HRIS system.
- The second with a password that will allow you to access your Workday account and complete the 8 steps for onboarding.
- Once these 8 steps are completed, you will complete onboarding at orientation with HR on your first day.
On your first day you will meet with our HR team and complete CGU’s New Hire Orientation. This will take place within the Human Resources office in Harper Hall. The orientation will give you an overview of CGU and what to know as a new CGU employee.
CGU works with Vector to bring our employees important trainings regarding workplace expectations. All CGU employees are required to complete these trainings. Please complete these mandatory trainings before or within your first week of work.
