Dear CGU Students,

We thrilled to share some exciting news regarding the Travel & Material Awards (TMAs) timeline!

Based on valuable feedback and careful consideration, we’ve revamped the TMAs timeline to better suit your academic schedules and enhance your TMA experience.

Previously, the Fall TMA spanned from April 16 to November 15, followed by the Spring TMA from November 16 to April 15.

However, we’ve restructured the timeline as follows:

  • Fall TMA: March 16 to October 15
  • Spring TMA: October 16 to March 15

Rest assured; this timeline adjustment won’t impact your ability to participate in TMAs. All students will still have ample opportunity to apply for TMAs based on eligibility periods and outlined guidelines.

We believe this change will provide you with enhanced flexibility and engagement opportunities throughout the TMA process, aligning seamlessly with your academic pursuits.
