Student Services Fee & Technology Fee applies to enrolled students in all semesters of registration, including Summer terms and while on an approved Leave of Absence (LOA).
Note: Tuition rates for dual degree students are based on the higher rate of the two programs, regardless of the subject or number of enrolled units. Students are considered dual degree for the duration of their careers, which culminates in the granting of both degrees.

*Continuous Registration (CR, for master’s students) and Doctoral Study (DS, for doctoral students) are used to maintain student status while the student is working on completing degree requirements such as qualifying exams, thesis/dissertation research and composition, and dissertation defense activities. These fees are not incurred when students are enrolled in courses.

Refunds
Direct Deposit
Sign up for direct deposit of your refunds – this method is much faster and more secure than receiving a check in the mail. (Go to my.cgu.edu/students and select PeopleSoft from the list of applications (you will be prompted to log in). When you are in PeopleSoft, go to: “Financial Account > Pay-View Invoice > Pay Bill-Manage Account > Sign up for direct deposit refunds!”)

Tuition Payment
All billing for currently enrolled students is processed at the beginning of every semester.
Pay by Checking or Savings Account
It’s fast, easy, and free to make an online payment using your checking or savings account.
Log into PeopleSoft with your CGU email address and password. Go to: Financial Account > Pay-View Invoice > Pay Bill-Manage Account > Make a Payment
Pay by Credit Card
Securely pay online using your credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
Please be aware that the payment servicer assesses a convenience fee of 2.95% for U.S. domestic card payments & 4.25% for international card payments. Minimum service fee for card transactions over $20 and less than $106: $3.00.

Installment Payment Plan
To help assist our students to make paying their tuition and fees each semester more manageable, we partner with our payment servicer Transact to offer an installment payment plan each semester. Enrollment fee: $35.
