Log in problems resolved

Dear CGU Community,

Earlier this afternoon, we along with a majority of other Microsoft customers experienced problems with several of our Microsoft provided services.  It may have affected your ability to sign into email as well as Zoom, Canvas and Qualtrics.  Microsoft has now resolved the issue and you should not have trouble using these services.

If you are still having problems accessing your CGU email or other CGU services, please restart your computer.  If this does not fix the issue, then please contact the CGU help desk at 909-621-8174 or via email at helpdesk@cgu.edu.
