Technology Set up Requests
Before requesting equipment to be set up, please click here to check the equipment available in your particular room.
In order for equipment to be set up, you must have a room reservation. Please click here to view the policies and procedures regarding room reservations.
If you need to request audio visual equipment to be setup for a CGU course which already has a reserved classroom, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Room number of class
- Date of class
- Start and end time of class
- Course subject and course number (for example, MGT 301)
- Your name and contact information
- Technology needed
- Do you need just this one time or for the entire semester?
- Room reservation # if you have it
If you need to request audio visual equipment to be setup for a CGU event, such as a meeting, guest lecture, dissertation defense, etc., please contact the Academic Department to which you belong. Each Academic Department has a designated person who can reserve a room for your event and also add technology set up requests to the room reservation.
If you would like to check out equipment, please contact the Academic Department to which you belong. Each Academic Department has a designated person who can reserve equipment for you to check out. Please bring a print out of the reservation, which should have the reservation number, to ACB 118 to pick up the equipment. You will be asked to show a photo ID and to fill out a check out form, so please be sure to make time for this. We have the following equipment for check out: laptops, data projectors, cassette recorders, microphones, camcorders and tripods, PA systems, overhead projectors, digital still cameras and more.
